We are focused on bringing industry-leading technology solutions to our clients in commercial real estate, industrial and manufacturing verticals. We use a combination of 3D imaging, drone imagery, 3D modeling and other cutting-edge tools to build proprietary applications which help facilities operate,manage, and market their properties in a way that was never possible before.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients with confidence, book meetings, and maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities.
  • Product Mastery: Understand our facilities management product inside and out, and be able to communicate its value to prospects. You wil be responsible for robust product demonstrations - be ready to engage remote and in-person audiences with Aetos.
  • Sales Process Management: Handle the sales cycle from demo to proposal to close, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to client. Be willing to take guidance and direction from senior leadership to turn you into an amazing sales leader!
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement outbound marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads. Have a proven mindset on working a territory to develop opportunities.
  • Lead Qualification: Review and qualify leads as they come in, making sure they fit our ideal customer profile.
  • Networking and Relationship Building: Attend conferences and outreach events to expand your network and create new sales opportunities.
  • Account Management: Have demonstrated experience working in a land & expand approach to strategize and develop accounts.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with our implementation and customer service teams for a seamless client handoff.

What We're Looking For

  • Organizational Skills: Keep the team updated and manage your own pipeline effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Clearly communicate with prospects, clients, and team members.
  • Sales Experience: At least 3 years of experience in technology sales, with a track record of success, the experiences to prove it and the numbers to back it up.
  • Outbound Prospecting Experience: Comfortable with cold calls and cold emails.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Slack, HubSpot, and virtual meeting platforms like Zoom or Teams.
  • Presentation Experience: You enjoy presenting in front of an audience at a client site and have developed the skill set to engage them.
  • Work Ethic: A strong drive to succeed and a growth mindset.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to step into other roles or assist other departments as needed.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with facilities management, industrial, or manufacturing sectors is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Lead Generation Experience: 2+ years of sales prospecting and outbound prospecting experience.
  • SaaS Sales Experience: Experience in a SaaS organization that has grown from $1M to $10M+ in ARR.
  • Leadership Potential: A strong desire to take on leadership roles as the company grows.
  • Existing Relationships: Experience selling into the industrial and manufacturing sectors is a bonus.
