Overview

MedTrans Go’s platform acts as a two-sided digital marketplace that matches healthcare facilities/systems (“customers”) with businesses and individuals providing services like medical transportation and interpretation  (“service partners”). The Partner Recruitment Associate will work with our Sales, Partner Success, and Business Operations teams to ensure prospective and onboarding service partners have an exceptional experience. 

The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, a creative approach to researching leads, and excitement for building relationships with prospective partners. 

MedTrans Go is an early-stage startup with room for growth! This is a PT two month contract position with compensation starting at $15/hour. Success in this role will ideally lead to a FT position in Partner Sales/Success in the fall. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Strategically identifying and reaching out to new partner leads (including cold-calling)
  • Selling our platform to  potential service partners across all of our service lines
  • Working with Partner Success team to register and onboard new partners
  • Working with our Customer Sales and Business Operations teams to ensure appropriate service partner coverage for existing and onboarding customers
  • Documenting and reporting on progress in CRM software and with management 

 

Qualifications 

  • Strong understanding/passion in healthcare and/or healthcare services 
  • One to two (1-2) years of sales/customer support experience would be advantageous
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and an entrepreneurial spirit 
  • Passionate about building relationships to earn trust from partners
  • A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills 
  • The ability to handle competing priorities and multiple objectives 
  • CRM experience preferred 
  • Ability to cope with rejection
  • Attention to detail
  • Good judge of character
  • Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments
  • Superb interpersonal skills
